Suboxone Recovery Centerof Arkansas · Fayetteville 479-856-1505

What you pay, and when

  • $200 for a scheduled office visit, paid at the visit.
  • $300 for an unscheduled after-hours visit — quoted to you on the phone before you leave the house, never afterward.
  • No membership fee, intake fee, or financing contract.
  • Medication is filled at your own pharmacy and priced by the pharmacy, not by this office. Many patients use insurance there, and for lab work.

If you need to cancel

Call and tell us. There is no cancellation fee. What we ask is a phone call rather than silence, because the time held for you is time another patient in withdrawal could have used.

Refunds

The fee pays for a physician's evaluation and the treatment plan that comes out of it, so it is earned once the visit happens — including a visit where the honest clinical answer turns out to be that this program is not the right fit for you, in which case you will leave with a direction to go instead.

If you were charged in error, charged twice, or charged for a visit that did not take place, call us and it is refunded — no argument and no form. Overpayments are returned by the same method you paid.

A word about cost being the obstacle

If $200 is genuinely out of reach right now, call and say so plainly. You will get an honest answer about whether this program fits your situation and, if it does not, a pointer toward other options in Northwest Arkansas. Nobody here is going to waste your time.
