These Terms of Use apply to www.suboxrecovery.com, the website of Suboxone Recovery Center of Arkansas (the clinic). By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the website. These terms govern website use; they do not replace patient consent forms, treatment agreements, or the clinical policies that apply to your care.

Website use

You may use this website to learn about the clinic, opioid use disorder treatment, and how to contact us. Use it lawfully and do not submit false information, attempt to access private information or restricted systems, introduce malicious software, or interfere with the website or another person's use of it. Do not use the website to identify or contact clinic patients.

Medical disclaimer

Website content is educational only. Using this website, reading its content, or sending a message does not, by itself, create a doctor-patient relationship with Suboxone Recovery Center of Arkansas or any of its clinicians. Content is not individualized medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or a prescription.

Information about Suboxone, withdrawal, treatment options, and recovery cannot account for your medical history or current condition. Do not start, stop, or change medication based on website content. Consult a qualified healthcare professional about your care, and do not disregard medical advice or delay seeking treatment because of something you read here. Treatment decisions require an individual clinical evaluation; the website does not guarantee eligibility for treatment, a prescription, or a particular outcome.

No emergency care through the website

This website, its contact forms, and email do not provide emergency care and are not monitored for emergencies. Do not wait for a website or email response if you need urgent help. For a suspected overdose, a life-threatening condition, or immediate danger, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department. For a mental health or suicidal crisis, call or text 988. The clinic's availability by phone does not make this website an emergency service.

Appointments and cancellations

Call 479-856-1505 to request, confirm, cancel, or reschedule an appointment. Submitting a website inquiry or email does not confirm an appointment; appointments are confirmed by phone with the clinic. If you cannot attend, please call as soon as possible so the time can be offered to another patient. There is no cancellation fee.

Payment and refunds

Office visit fees are payable at the time of service. The clinic does not bill insurance for office visits and does not charge a membership or intake fee. Review the cost and insurance page for current fees and confirm the fee with the clinic before your visit. The amount quoted by phone for your visit applies to that visit. Medication and outside laboratory charges are separate and are set by those providers.

The visit fee pays for the physician's evaluation and resulting treatment plan and is earned once the visit takes place, including when the clinician determines that this program is not appropriate for you. Payment does not guarantee a prescription or a particular result. Charges made in error, duplicate charges, and charges for a visit that did not occur are refunded; overpayments are returned by the same method used to pay. Call the clinic to resolve a billing concern. See the payments, cancellations, and refunds policy for details.

Privacy

Read our Privacy Policy for information about website information, communications, and the confidentiality of treatment records. These terms do not replace that policy or the privacy information provided during care. Ordinary email and website inquiries are not secure channels for clinical details. Do not submit medical history, symptoms, prescription information, or other sensitive treatment information through them; call the clinic to discuss how to communicate about your care.

Intellectual property

The clinic's name, logo, and original website text, images, and design belong to Suboxone Recovery Center of Arkansas or their respective rights holders. You may read, print, and share website pages for personal, noncommercial educational use with attribution and any ownership notices intact. Do not republish content as your own, use the clinic's branding to imply endorsement, or reproduce materials for commercial use without permission from the appropriate rights holder. Rights provided by applicable law are not restricted by these terms.

Third-party links

Links to outside websites, including educational resources and social media, are provided for convenience. The clinic does not control those websites or guarantee their accuracy, availability, security, or privacy practices. A link does not by itself endorse an outside provider, product, or service. Review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party site you visit.

Limitation of liability

We work to keep website information accurate and current, but medical guidance and clinic information can change. The website is provided as available, without a guarantee that it is complete, error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for your particular circumstances. Confirm information relevant to your care directly with the clinic.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Suboxone Recovery Center of Arkansas is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of, or inability to use, this website or linked third-party websites. This limitation concerns website use only. It does not limit responsibilities for medical care, waive patient rights, or exclude any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to these terms

The clinic may revise these terms as website services, clinic practices, or applicable requirements change. Revisions take effect when posted on this page, and the last-updated date identifies the current version. Review this page periodically. Continued website use after a revision is posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms; revisions do not retroactively change the terms that applied to earlier use.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas.
